The old adage, "Inspect what you expect," can also apply to learning experience development, particularly when you are moving to a new approach.
Have your Lean-Agile coach pop in on daily synchronization meetings with teams. Look at the Kanban boards to see if they are being used appropriately. Attend iteration demos. Provide feedback where needed to help the teams adjust to the new approach.
Like any change management effort, saying something about a new approach once will not get humans to make the change. Follow through, repeat as needed, inspect or spot check to ensure that results are coming along as anticipated, and adjust as needed. The PDCA cycle works for this too.
