When someone is focused on your customer, you may notice changes in their environment that impact the training development project. You may find you didn’t communicate enough about Lean-Agile to someone in their organization. You may find out about people in the customer’s organization that are detracting from the project.
Staying focused on the customer is also how you hear good news about how you’re doing. Write down the good stuff and share it back with the customer and your own leadership. Use it as testimonials for your next business pursuit.
